I’ve worked with Melissa on the design team and what I want to say is that this was an amazing experience. She is not just a product designer, she is THE product designer. There are no tasks in the world that she couldn’t handle. Her passion for design is truly inspiring, she never stops learning and developing herself in all directions. She always has a vision of the future of the product, she doesn’t think only about now, she always thinks about where we can go and how we can get here. Her management skills are excellent. She is not only a designer but also a great manager. She will create structure from the chaos, and organize everything in the best possible way to keep all stuff simple and clear. Furthermore, she is a hardworking person, who always does her best to get the maximum from the minimum. She is open and collaborative, and communication with her is always a pleasure. She has a natural talent for inspiring people, which is a really important quality of a lead manager. Her ideas and energy will bring benefits to any type of project she will be working on.
